 How do I call?
Solution

Jaxtr offers two types of calling:
1. Use a local jaxtr number to call your contact:
- Call free between our FreeConnect Supported Countries: http://www.jaxtr.com/freeconnect.jsp
- Directly connect to anyone at great low rates.
2. Have jaxtr connect your call using our Click to Call feature.

2. jaxtr will display a local access number for you to use to call all your contacts
3. Dial this number when prompted enter in your destination phone number (number of the person you want to call).
4. Select either FreeConnect to talk for free or connect directly at low rates. jaxtr FreeConnect is available for calling to and from a Supported FreeConnect Country. 4. Save this number in your phone and use at anytime to reach all your friends and family.

----------------- Click to Call -----------------
The Click to Call option is jaxtr's call-back feature to call any phone in the world. This option is beneficial for callers located in countries with non-local jaxtr numbers. It allows callers to avoid costly international calling rates by having jaxtr perform a call-back to the caller before connecting the call.

To place a Click to Call:
1. Log into your jaxtr account: http://www.jaxtr.com
2. Select the Click to Call button
3. Enter your contacts phone number
4. Click on “Call Now”.
When your phone rings, pick up and wait for your friend to connect.

Calls are charged per minute at the displayed calling rate: rate (per minute) of termination to destination country + rate (per minute) for the call to your phone.

PLEASE NOTE:
Jaxtr has local jaxtr numbers in over 40 countries and 250 cities, but depending on the caller's location, jaxtr does not guarantee assigning a local number. As with any normal call, the caller may incur charges and air-time usage minutes from their local phone or mobile provider. These are not jaxtr charges and callers should check the jaxtr number assigned before dialing to avoid unexpected charges from their local phone or mobile provider.
