 Why was my payment declined?
Solution The charge is usually declined by the bank for various reasons. We sometimes are told a specific reason, but in most cases the bank does not tell us details for privacy reasons.

The most common reasons are: insufficient funds, incorrect card information, expired card, and CVV mismatch.

In rare cases there may be a communication error or technical problem. If you feel your information is correct please try the purchase again later. If your card continues to be declined please contact your bank before contacting jaxtr. Alternatively you may wish to use a different method of payment.
